When Riyaz starts
Whenever sitting for Riyaz, at first you have to practice Sa. After that Kharaj is practiced. Sa can do Om with Riyaz and can do Kharaj’s Riyaz in hakaar. After this, the holding notes are meditated in the middle octave. It takes about 1 hour to do this.
Palta Alankar is then practiced. Then after that the raga you are learning is practiced. The practice of raga is followed by Alaap, Khayal singing with vistaar, then taan, sargam, gamak etc.
बहुत से लोग यह समझ नहीं पाते हैं की संगीत का अभ्यास शुरू कहां से करें। मैं रोज जिस तरीके से अभ्यास करता हूं वह मैं आप लोगों को बताने जा रहा हूं।
जब रियाज़ शुरू करते हैं
जब भी रियाज करने बैठे तो सबसे पहले सा का रियाज़ किया जाता है। इसके बाद खरज का रियाज किया जाता है। सा का रियाज के साथ ओम कर सकते हैं और खरज के रियाज को हाकार में कर सकते हैं। इसके बाद मध्य सप्तक में होल्डिंग नोट्स का रियाज किया जाता है। इतना करने में लगभग 1 घंटे का समय लग जाता है।
इसके बाद पल्टा अलंकार का रियाज किया जाता है। फिर इसके बाद जो राग आप सीख रहे हैं उस राग का अभ्यास किया जाता है। राग के अभ्यास में अलाप, खयाल गायकी विस्तार के साथ, फिर तान, सरगम, गमक आदि का अभ्यास किया जाता है।
