What is Purv raag and Uttar raag पूर्व राग और उत्तर राग क्या है
Purv Raga
First half of the day (from day 12 to night 12) The ragas that are sung in it are called Purv Raag.
Uttar Raga
The ragas that are sung in the second part of the day (12 o’clock in the night to 12 o’clock of the day) are called Uttar Raga.
पूर्व राग
दिन की पहली भाग (दिन की १२ से रात १२ बजे तक)
में जो राग गाये जाते हैं उसे पूर्व राग कहलाते हैं।
उत्तर राग
दिन की दूसरे भाग(रात के १२ बजे से दिन १२बजे) में गाये जाने वाले रागों को उत्तर राग कहा जाता है।
